Simple Supper & Study
Thank you Deacon Robert Vaughn and Nancy Jo, for being with us. Deacon Vaughn kicked off our Lenten Program Wednesday, March 1. |
“What are You Looking for?”
In the Gospel according to St. John, the first words of Jesus are in the form of a question: What are you looking for? During Lent this year we will take time to explore important questions that deepen discipleship.
We will gather in the Parish Hall at 6:00pm on the Wednesdays in March for a “simple supper” followed by a presentation given by some of our neighboring clergy. The Men of Nativity (MON) and the Daughters of the King (DOK) will be hosting the suppers.
- March 1: The Rev. Robert Vaughn, Deacon, Church of St. Edmund the Martyr, Arcadia, FL. Hosted by DOK.
- March 8: The Rev. Everett “Ev” Walk, retired priest. Hosted by MON.
- March 15: The Rev. Lisa Parker, Deacon, St. Margaret of Scotland. Hosted by DOK.
- March 22: The Rev. Ralph Strohm, Assisting Priest, Church of the Redeemer. Hosted by MON.
